More about what to expect:

I teach Simple, Easy, Every Day TM (SEED) Meditation and mindfulness. My classes help those who want to learn to meditate, but don’t know where to begin. My approach to teaching is modern and easy. In my group classes students learn breathing techniques such as balanced breathing, mindful body awareness, heart centered breathing, self-inquiry practices, gratitude meditation, loving kindness meditation, and mantra meditation. During my classes, students learn that there are many ways to meditate. I help my students find a practice that suits them best, and then help make it part of their daily routine. Once they begin to meditate regularly, they begin to feel better, think more clearly, and are ultimately are happier.

I help many people through private one-on-one coaching, Saturday group sessions, and corporate leadership and employee training. Those who take my classes learn the history behind meditation and how it works, the basics of successful meditation, the three requirements for meditation, the five essentials for meditation, experiences you may have in meditation, how to live more mindfully, how to be a more empathetic leaders, the body’s stress response, how to reduce and prevent stress, the science and research meditation and changes in the brain, how meditation trains your attention, how to make meditation a habit, and guided and personalized meditation instruction.
