Join me as we calm your nervous system through modern mindfulness techniques!

What you’ll learn:

  • What meditation is and how it works
  • The essential elements needed for meditation
  • How to meditate without effort and added stress
  • Simple breathing techniques

What you need to bring:

  • Your non-judgmental attention
  • Your willingness to try
  • A mat, chair, or cushion
  • Wear comfy clothes


Classes are from 9:00-10:00 AM ET and take place at Weaver Park in Dunedin (by the water.
